This was our first project! We purchased the top floor flat which is fantastically located in the heart of East Dulwich. We negetiated the lease extension and also recieved a positive pre-app on a loft conversion. To our disapointment our loft application was subsequently declined despite the positive comments received in the pre-app. The property was then reconfigured and sold for a profit.
